Every campaign,measured against your targets
All your campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other ad platforms, in one place. We set them next to the targets and budgets in your ERP, CRM or accounting system, so you see which campaigns are on track.

- All campaigns in one place
- Cost and results from all your ad platforms side by side, by channel, campaign and period, without manual exports.
- Ad spend next to your targets
- Campaign cost and results in the same view as the sales, revenue and order targets your business already tracks.
- Budget decisions on evidence
- Progress against target per channel and campaign, so the next budget is not split on instinct.
The problem
Your ad platforms count clicks, your board counts revenue
Each ad platform reports clicks, conversions and cost in its own way. The targets that matter, such as sales, revenue or orders, sit in your ERP, CRM or accounting system. As long as nobody puts the two side by side, whether a campaign worked is guesswork.
Common symptoms
A click or conversion means something different on every platform
The campaign overview is pieced together by hand from exports
Sales and revenue targets sit in other systems, never next to the campaigns
What this costs you
Budget moves between channels on instinct, not on results against target
Marketing spends its time building the report instead of acting on it
When the board asks what the ad spend delivered, nobody has one answer
How we join campaigns and targets
One yardstick for every channel
Three foundations let you measure every campaign against your business targets: every ad platform in one data model, the targets and results from your other systems joined to it, and one dashboard built on agreed definitions.
Every ad platform in one model
Focus
Each ad platform is connected and its data mapped to shared fields for channel, campaign, period, cost and results. Campaigns from different platforms can then be compared like for like.
Key outputs
A connection per ad platform and one combined campaign model.
Targets from your own systems
Focus
Targets and results for sales, revenue, orders or budget come in from your ERP, CRM, accounting system or any other source, and are joined to the campaigns by period, channel, region or product.
Key outputs
Links to your business systems and agreed rules for joining campaigns to targets.
One dashboard, agreed definitions
Focus
Conversions, cost per result and progress against target are defined once, each with a named owner. The dashboard reads only from the combined model, so marketing and finance discuss the same figures.
Key outputs
A dashboard by channel, campaign and target, with an agreed refresh schedule.
Capabilities
What we deliver
Everything needed to put campaigns and targets side by side, from the platform connections to courses for your team.
Every ad platform connected
LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and any other platform you advertise on. Where no standard connector exists, we build one ourselves.
Your business systems linked
Targets and results from your ERP, CRM, accounting system or any other source, standard or custom-built, in the same model.
One tested data model
Ad data and business data joined in one model, usually on Azure Databricks, and tested row by row against each source.
Agreed KPI definitions
One definition of a conversion, cost per result and progress against target, applied to every channel and region, whatever each platform calls it.
Campaign dashboard
A dashboard, usually in Power BI, to analyse cost, results and progress against target by channel, campaign and period.
Courses for your team
Courses in the dashboard and the data model, so your own people can answer new questions themselves.
Where it creates value
Who benefits most
Practical value for the teams that carry the most complexity.
Marketing leadership
Marketing leads who have to show what the advertising budget delivers against the targets the business has set.
- Every channel measured on the same terms
- Budget choices based on results against target
- One answer when the board asks what the ads delivered
Campaign and performance teams
Specialists who run campaigns on several platforms and now rebuild the overview by hand.
- No more overview pieced together from exports
- Campaigns compared across platforms in one dashboard
- Time back for improving campaigns
Multi-region marketing
Organisations whose regional or country teams each run their own ad accounts and targets.
- All regional ad accounts in one model
- Each region measured against its own targets
- A group view and a regional view from the same data
Data and BI teams
Data teams asked to deliver marketing reporting without adding another disconnected tool.
- Ad data and business data in one tested model
- Documented definitions and handover documents
- Courses for your own team
Finance and control
Finance teams who want ad spend measured against budget and the sales figures they already report on.
- Ad spend next to budget and actual revenue
- Definitions agreed between marketing and finance
- One source for advertising in management reporting
Less relevant if...
When this package is not the right choice.
- You advertise on one platform and its own reports already answer your questions
- You need every sale traced back to the ad behind it, across the whole customer journey
- Your question is about sales forecasts and revenue KPIs: see Revenue & Sales Management
- You want a connector tool to configure yourself, not a model designed, built and tested for you
How it works
A practical delivery approach
Every engagement follows a clear path from diagnosis to delivery and handover.
Scope
On site, we agree with marketing, finance and your data team which ad platforms and business systems are in scope, which targets each campaign is measured against and who owns each definition.
Agreed scope and a phase plan with a fixed price per phase.Design
We design how each platform and system reaches the data model, how campaigns are joined to targets, by period, channel, region or product, and how the dashboard reads from it.
A data architecture, the join rules and the agreed KPI definitions.Build and test
We connect the platforms and systems, build the model and the dashboard, and test the loaded data row by row against what each ad platform and business system reports.
A working model and dashboard, with test results per source.Acceptance
You sign off against the checks agreed in scoping: every platform loaded, figures matching each source and campaigns joined to the right targets. Anything not yet right is fixed before go-live.
Sign-off against the agreed checks and a planned go-live.Hypercare and handover
After go-live, the experts who built the dashboard stay on hand to resolve issues. Your team follows courses and receives the handover documents, and support can continue under Managed Services.
Handover documents, trained users and, if you want it, an SLA for ongoing support.
Proof & trust
Results that speak for themselves
All campaigns in one place
Cost and results from all your ad platforms side by side, by channel, campaign and period, without manual exports.
Ad spend next to your targets
Campaign cost and results in the same view as the sales, revenue and order targets your business already tracks.
Budget decisions on evidence
Progress against target per channel and campaign, so the next budget is not split on instinct.
Example engagement
What it looks like when it works
How an engagement like this typically runs. An illustration, not a client result.
Context
Example: a B2B company that advertises on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with its sales targets and revenue in the ERP.
Challenge
Each platform reports separately and the campaign overview is built by hand. Nobody can show how campaigns relate to the sales targets, so every budget discussion starts with a debate about the figures.
Solution
On-site scoping fixes the platforms, the targets and their owners. SolvX connects the ad platforms and the ERP, joins campaigns to sales targets by period and region, and builds one dashboard, tested row by row against every source. Hypercare and courses follow go-live.
What you get
Campaigns and sales targets in one model
Cost and results from every ad platform, joined to the sales targets in the ERP.
Campaign dashboard
One dashboard showing progress against target per channel, campaign and region.
Handover pack and courses
Handover documents, the KPI definitions with their owners and courses for the marketing team.
Context
Example: an organisation whose country teams each run their own ad accounts, while head office sets the advertising budget and order targets per country.
Solution
SolvX agrees one set of definitions for all countries, combines every ad account in one model and joins it to the budgets in accounting and the orders in the CRM. One dashboard shows the group and each country. Every phase ends with live results, a demo and handover documents.
What you get
Group and country views
One dashboard with the group total and each country, on the same definitions.
Spend against budget and orders
Ad spend per country next to its budget and the orders recorded in the CRM.
Shared KPI dictionary
Each metric defined once for all countries, with a named owner.
Frequently asked questions
Your questions, answered
The ones you already use: LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (formerly Bing Ads) and less common platforms too. Where a platform has no standard connector, we build one ourselves. Which accounts are connected is agreed during scoping, so you know up front what the dashboard will cover.
From the systems where your business already sets and tracks them: the ERP, CRM, accounting system or any other source, standard or custom-built. These are typically sales, revenue, order or budget targets. During scoping we agree which targets each campaign or channel is measured against.
No. We join campaign cost and results to your targets and outcomes at the level your data supports, such as period, channel, region or product, so you can see whether campaigns are on track. Tracing every sale back to the ads a customer saw along the way is attribution, a larger piece of work outside this package.
Access to each ad account and business system in scope, an owner in marketing for the campaign metrics, someone in finance or sales for the targets, a contact in your data or IT team, and people who can confirm the figures before go-live.
Azure Databricks to combine, prepare and test the data, and Power BI for the dashboard. Power BI is our primary reporting stack, and we design the architecture to fit your existing Azure setup, so the ad data and the business data stay in your own environment.
As fixed-price phases, agreed after scoping, each ending with live results, a demo and handover documents. The number and length of the phases follow from scoping. After hypercare, support can continue under Managed Services, as an SLA or a subscription, and extra advice is billed by the hour. Azure and Power BI costs run on your own Microsoft bill.
You own your data, your client-specific code and the documentation. SolvX keeps the rights to its generic building blocks; the contract sets out the details. The model and the dashboard run in your own Azure and Power BI environment, and at handover you receive the documentation and the KPI definitions with their owners.
When you advertise on one platform and its own reports are enough, when you need every sale traced to the ad behind it, or when you want a connector tool to set up yourself. If your question is about sales forecasts and revenue KPIs, look at Revenue & Sales Management.
