2. Personal data we collect
We collect information you provide via our contact forms, email, phone or events. This may include your name, company, role, email address, phone number, and any information you share in your message.
In addition, and only after you give consent via the cookie banner, we process limited usage data about your visit through Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. 4. Legal bases
We process personal data based on legitimate interest, contractual necessity, legal obligation or consent, depending on the context in which the data was provided.
5. Data sharing and retention
We only share data with trusted service providers who support our operations under data processing agreements. We store personal data within the EU wherever possible; where a service provider processes data outside the EU, we do so only with appropriate safeguards in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described.
Job application data (your name, contact details, your LinkedIn profile if you give one, and your message) is processed for recruitment purposes. We retain this data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted unless you consent to longer retention.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your personal data, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (including direct marketing), and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, contact us via privacy@solvx.nl.
You can withdraw consent for cookies and analytics at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of this website.
If you believe we are processing your personal data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
